The "Get Real" moments flowed fast and furious as Founders Ten came nose-to-nose with the Godzilla-sized judgment still stomping around in their lives. While the individual scales on the monster might have been smaller than before Part I, the net effect was still global destruction and trampled dreams.
This group didn't hesitate a moment: they plunged into new breakthroughs. What could be possible if we stopped to remember how each person in our lives isn't just a few lines of critique, but rather complex, deep, feeling human spirits just like us?
We all thought we were "done" with this part of our training before coming into Founders, but the realization that a RIGHTNESS ADDICTION still raged within each of us brought up another fascinating question. Could it be that our need to be right was blinding us, making us incapable of inspiring others and miring our dreams?
The only way to get an answer was to experiment. After a month of rough times and broken unity, Founders Ten came together to accomplish something difficult and great. Rightness and judgment were set aside for a couple hours -- just to see what might be possible. The result was a rock-solid miracle of synchronicity, love and play. Life in a space of embracing one another fully -- grokking each person in their fullness -- is life where dreams happen.
During their Saturday stretch, and I believe that this stretch is the most powerful stretch in all the training, Founders Ten stunned the trainers and staff as they returned with tales of riveting breakthrough.
Without a doubt, 38 Great Men and Extraordinary Women walked out of the training room on Saturday night. Literally hundreds of acts of spiritual heroism took place this weekend and the world will never be the same.
